Summer Begins!

Physoc is…

your one way ticket to all things fun and Physics related! Physoc brings you some fantastic opportunities to get involved and meet new people the whole year round:

  • Whether you prefer to spend your evenings in fancy dress or finery, at the pub or snuggled in front of a film there’s a Physoc social which is perfect for you. Also don’t forget to join the Facebook group!
  • Alternatively, we compete in several intra-mural leagues, our teams welcome everyone to the matches, even if they are only supporters on the sidelines!
  • If you are interested to know more about where your physics degree could take you Physoc can also help – keep an eye out for our upcoming Academic talks and SEPnet events on the calendar, not to mention the lectures from visiting IoP members about all the lastest in Physics research!
  • Physoc also wants to encourage budding physicists and so has an Outreach programme designed to get students of all ages interested in our wonderful subject.
